So what’s the big deal about Nike Frees? It’s tempting to write off the Nike Free as a brilliant piece of marketing to which Nike excels, but are there practical reasons for runners to add a pair of Frees into their kitbag? I’m revisiting this article in anticipation of a post next week that will demonstrate how changes in footwear can stimulate improvements in running technique in some runners.
